Intake Consultation
Intake consultation - This hour long visit is a required first visit before medications or therapy can be offered. This appointment is used for information gathering purposes to see if you and Dr. Dalechek believe your mental health needs will align with the services offered at Oceanview Psychiatry. After the Intake Consultation, a follow up appointment may be scheduled
Follow-up Visits
There are two types of follow-up visits after the intake visit: medication management and therapy. The medication management visit is 15 minutes long. This visit focuses on medication initiation, adjustments, refills, etc. The therapy visit is 45 minutes long. This visit will focus on therapy as a means for treatment. A brief discussion of medications can be had during this visit.

Medication management:
15 minutes - $175.00
Therapy +/- medication management:
45 minutes - $300.00
Required first visit - Intake consultation:
60 minutes - $450.00

Relationship Issue
Whether you are having issues in your marriage, a friendship, co-worker, parent(s), sibling(s), or others this practice is able to provide therapy that can prove to be very insightful in understanding how a different approach can be used in your relationships. Issues can range from communication problems, general feelings of tension, parenting differences, infidelity issues, etc.
Depression
Depression can range from mild to severe depression for patients who are treatment-naïve or have been on several medications. Therapy and medication are often used in conjunction with the more severe forms of depression.
Anxiety
This can range from mild to severe anxiety for patients who are treatment-naïve or have been on several medications. Therapy and medication are often used in conjunction with the more severe forms of anxiety.
Life Transitions
Relocating, changing jobs, getting married/divorced, children moving out, having a new baby, retirement, and many other life transitions can be very difficult to cope with. Therapy can be a tremendous benefit for these life changes.
Trauma
Whether you have recently experienced a trauma or have been dealing with the emotional sequalae for many years this practice can provide treatment to target your symptoms through use of therapy and/or medication management.
Substance Issues
This practice can help treat a wide range of substance issues including tobacco use, alcohol use, and cannabis use just to name a few. Those with moderate to severe forms will need a team approach for treatment and will likely be given a referral for a facility that has an intensive outpatient program or other rehabilitative services.
